Bug with merge blocks and more than one parachute
I am getting an interesting result when unmerging my first stage of a rocket and having the parachute deploy via timer it causes the first stage to just hang there in the sky and slowly rotate with the parachute unopened and 90 degrees out to the side. So far I've tried unmerging 2 second delay open both parachutes. I get the above situation see picture

I tried not unmerging the ships, just deployed parachutes. works fine.
I tried unmerging and just deploying one parachute after 2 seconds via timer. worked fine (I only had one parachute installed in that test)
Then I tried the origal scenario above again and go the same result 4 times. Slowly spinning rocket stage that is a little jerky in its spin and the parachutes out tot he side and unopened. rocket just hangs there and does not fall to the ground.

I have a two parachute set up on a small vehicle. THe chutes overlap each other when deployed. In local single player, everything works as expected. On the server, I can see the chutes deploy and then they disappear. The vehicle doesn't slow down. I end up making puuuurdy little crater in the planet and then get eaten by Space Spiders. Good times. :)

I will try separating the chutes and see if that helps. Deploying one chute may require changing the vehicle as far as center of mass

I'm having a similar problem when I detach a large grid (rocket) from a static large grid...
The parachute blocks explode as if they hit something very hard.
I have not tested with just one parachute yet.

@ronin, thats the block cleanup on the server deleting the parachutes.

i have even a problem. wen i unmerge a part all explode. no parachute all fine and workt.
only in singel player tested.

there is some addons that i need to make mod like this work? every mod that is sightly far from standard blocks are all forniture object for me (like power trasmitters or flight block and recently deadly reentry too)

I tested it with a worthless attached space probe to test out the function: probe deployed and activated parachute not working. How should it work ?
Unfortunately the author of this mod never has answered in this discussion and obviously abandoned this mod.
