Did you try disabling other mods that can possibly modify original texture for plates? Because if you are not using of one "downloaded" version of this it can not be replicated.

i dont have mods modifying the texture so ...

I can not replicate your problem.

1. Either some other mod try to modify plate texture, You never know unless you inspect their files.
2. You are not using Workshop version of this mod, but either downloaded from somewhere else or move file to mod folder instead of using from Steam (which causes not to get proper updates, fixes)
