i'm planning to add shapes to allow people to shape, sharpen and slope there creations... and i plan to add dezighns that use my moduals.

added tem shapes after much ado with the flipped from function in the script i decided to just manually do the shaped blocks...

still going to add simple square blocks that are in the same style as the slopes since i find myself using the vanilla struts to fill spaces up as laders are not always in reach for a coridor...

added that simple squere, i will make 1*3's in the next update, since i already got the sprites ready for it, it just needs some coding...

added the 1*3/1*3's into the mod, dont worry i have not forgotten about the slopped guns and weaponry... i'm still debating how i should do those and IF i should do those, curently LOS is blocked by my struts and i intent think of a way to have it so a slope projects a texture infron of the barrel...

working on big version moduals of crew quatars and the sickbay,

i always had a idea to make city like structures, i mean in the game we have millitary buildings and we know there is a town, it can be plunderd and badly damiged so... why not have buildings that you decide how they look like? of course i cant actually work around the code... at least not now so my other option is to make moduals that maybe serve a difrent funnction or are only for buildings... i intend to look into maybe a building deticated money generation structure...

also i still need some sugestions for the mod and feedback...

added big versions of the sickbay and crewquaters that are objectively better than the small versions, still thinking about special buildings/moduals that are meant as civilian buildings...

eurika! i should say, i got some ideas for making new city modauls, refineries, collectors and mines... how could i not think of these! mostly becuase i was not doing any constructive thinking(lol) but yeah these will be heavy industry and production styled things that wont do crap in battle, but provide a good amount of money outside of it, granted there has actually never been a real need for these but this could enlarge the war effort for both the ai and players and allow the game to drag along a bit with bigger and more massive desighns...

(small note for self: download and convert ships from workshop into desighns ai can use...)

OK HOLY CRAP I JUST FOUND OUT HOW BIG TREES WERE IN THIS WORLD...
the keels are extra ordinaryly big and in unlimited suplies... must be all that suspendium...
the small keel 11m
the large keel is 21m
the grand keel is 34m
(calculated if the avrige person were 1,75m tall in this world)

why am i saying this? well i was planning on building a tree farm.. and then the dev hit me with the lack of forrests in the game... he should maaaybe get on it...

made some farms, i used composit sprites in this one, going to add a mine that has 20% income returns, and i still want to take a look at making refineries while technicly uselsess a interesting idea in itselft, i have tested how many farms you could put side to side in a city and its around 6 to 7, thus limiting the aextra amount of money you can generate, its also a point of note that the better at generating the more effects they have on them, the food farm has a 1/4 health requirement for catching fire and the tree farm 1/2 health, the oil well will have the same but also explode below 1/4 heatlh... the x/x is a sugestion to the game as that random shots make make it catch fire or explode...

and i did add a vew self-created desighns but i would like poeple to make me those...

can you make some sort of new suspendium chamber. im tierd of using tons of the large ones just to get my ship to fly. also mabie a new land prapoltion that is a hover craft. thanks for all these great ideas so far

for balance purpaces if you want more lift for size or same lift for less size its going to be more expensive or have some other negative drawback, david stark(dev) added a limited direction for where you can put them, there is this other guy(white fox) who made a suspendium drive that provides both lift and propulsion that seems promising, but for the heck of it i might make something crazy just becuase me thinking of this gave me idears...

a propulsion that is a hoover-type is basicly a airship with a very low upper flight limit... i could come up with a idear that involves a skirt-like desighn we see in our world... but a world were this common crystal could be grounded up into dust and would float as if it were helium i dont think the inhabitants of this world would go for a heavy(and such a thing would be massive as to generate enough power) steam-engine that needs to funnel huge amounts of air into a open balloon on the bottum that here would be made of knit-together leather(since this world is steampunk thus pre-plastcs and oil refinement) of what is essentially almost a building... i might make a seporate mod for this as i dont think this is appropiate for my current pack but i might just add it we will see...

i tought of a modual that is as wide as a normall large suspendium chaimber but 2 or 3 times as tall and it would restrict the top and botum from using moduals there, BUT it would provide obsene amounts of lift and also some thrust...

Maybe add "hover tanks", like say you have a high lift say "1000" max hight, but you could only go 100m high. Make them so you have a high carry weight, but it ether goes 50m high or, if it;s to heavy" is -0m high.

Could you add smokestacks, for landships. I wana make WW2 era "land" ships

shure i could defenantly make decorative pieces, the only thing i'm torn by is if i should have it have no health and cost nothing or if it should cost something and require things... david stark(dev) made things have chimnies and do stuff like most propulsion things... but have a block that sparks and makes smoke is easy enough...

i think i might make a modual that acts as a supercharger for ships, that has a smokestack thing attached to it... and adds small bonus speed and lift to your ships...

as much as i would like to make something have a limited hight, the current system does not allow for you to say"module/vehicle is capped at ["X"]hight" its is calculated at weight*lift=max_hight for airships, for land vehickles i can say how high its off the ground and how bouncy or springy it is but it will be stuck at that hight...

also since poeple seem to really want me to make hovering things, i will include those... but as a offset i will need to make industry buildings like oil wells be a thing OR come up with a desghing that involves crystals being used in a maglev way...

i had a idea today... while i was swinging around my wooden practice katana, i had a idea, why not add ninja's into the game?

that and a random idea to make round moduals to make a time-lord feel to this game, but i feel like that it will take too much of my time to do something like it and i have not looked at the how the files are, besides i would need to come up wiht a way so that armour still works... and ALL moduals in the game are blocky, it would mean i by myself would need to retexture and remod the entire game's catalog of moduals and i dont like the idea of that...

i would add a new type of crew/troops maybe two new 'units'(like the marines or sailors) becuase i had a idea for my econmoic moduals to have prisoners that would try to escape when a battle happend.

why that well maybe i had a idear for a slave-labour economy modual as you can capture ships in this game, those 'p.o.w.' have to go somewhere dont they?

what reminds me that i should propose the consept of trade and treaties to david... i get that this game is all about shooty and blowing up the enemy but in most stratagies you at least have some sort of way to negociate with the enemy, or in most 4x games to trade things and make money...

i just thought of a new type of armour that would be lighter and cheaper than wood... but it would basicly be a cloth or piece of leather spanned over a light frame...

hey cata, i wrote this list and left it in the comment making area and rested, my friend switched it over to the hub, and i lost it all, okay heres the short. Suspendium transporters, crew grab mini crystals and float up or down to the ground or another ship. automatic cannons that come with a robot. Retextured and recoded robo spiders that are made into robot crew which dont take up crew space but need to be fueled with coal. Money generating BUILDING modules. Micro landships (an idea for when the micro airships come out). Plastic (like the ones for water beds) that cover the outside of the ship and are filled with oobleck. Water gun, fires water that goes into the enemy ship and weighs it down. Downward rams, for crushing :D. Suspendium stoppers, completly nullifys all your suspendium devices. Magnifiers, glass things limited to the top of buildings, airships etc... they focus the sun on the enemy ship and start fires, useless in non-sunny weather. Tank, not a real tank, but a module (2x3) where ONE heavily armored boarder uses a mini suspendium chamber inside the suit (its a suit of armor) to fly to the enemy ship, it then crashes onto a floor that it landed on, it then has one sword which it slowly moves in and slashs enemy crew. Water airships, an airship filled with water, will have special modules, waterproof versions of everything, the point of this is too inhibit enemy boarders massively. Crew would have underwater suits and special incapacitating underwater guns. I just remembered and came up with ideas, I am tired and am going to bed, thank you for reading, have a good day.

ok just a few pointers for everyone asking for mods and stuff, there is NO way for me to 'ask' my moduals to check for conditions and some things like behaviours are hardcoded(at this point)

i can make those transporters but i cant make crew dismount those as making them use it means the things become part of the textures, and i dont think i can add another 'state' for crew members to be flying with maschines and without... BUT i can TOTALLY make MECH SPACE MARINES...

as for mechanizes crew, i may actually make tinwork crew or skeleton crew that are eighter better crew, take less supplies, or are tougher, i cant make types of crew eat coal, but i can make the modual that provides the crew use coal... but it will be disconected as your ships can loose the crew compartments and keep working so idk how it would work...

oobleck armour; i'm fine with it but... taking the physics of non-newtonium fluids and the fact that it would act as brick while getting hit but would reform and what ever was shot into it would be absorbed... i could make a armour that has extreamly low hp(but not too low) and have it have high defensive stats like a silly amount of absorbtion...

waterguns; there is no way to add downward force or to increase the weight of a ship, and this wouldent work becuase physics, and how do you know that ship is not filled with holes by shooting or holes left by construction methods...

downward ram; well atm you can just use a ram and put it on the botum of a ship but i will add new modual with a texture that is more sutable...

yes i will totally make the archimedes solar ray connon if its not already implimented, but again i cant make the modual check if its day or night or well on fire... and as such i cant make suspendium stoppers becuase i cant do the {while, if, or,} you normally use for code to do advanced functions there is no ingame implementation of coding so your magic super advanced mods will never happen...

water airships; hmm...flying water balloons... idk if flying a swimming pool towards your enemy is a good and fesable idea... but i can look into inhibiting moduals for crew, curently enemy boarders find ways into your ships by going to the nearest hatch, deck(external mouals) or holes shot in by guns... i can make a coridor that slow them down massively...

Actually, the power armor idea from earlier reminds me of some of my ideas.
It would be nice if we got more types of troops, and maybe the option to customize them? It would also be cool if guns could target troops on the grounds, so we could have little battles.
