Stats
Maybe the stats should be very close to that of the stock, but if you miss a backstab it will 'electrocute' and stun the opponent for a fraction of a second.

And then maybe less cloak to balance that out

*The enemy would still be able to move, it just wouldn't be able to attack. Like a Spy after stabbing a Razorback
