Some new scripting toys were added in the patch, so I made an update.

- Now only host and promoted players can click dealing and option buttons.
- playersclickaction set to true by default now, since most people seem to use that option.
- Change machines now print Grants (5k) and Benjamins (10k).
- When a player uses the muck hand button while action is on them, action automatically moves to the next player.
