Let us Craft our own Entry Level (low-grade) Parts.

Someone must have done this for the AI so why not craft low level stuff out of other Entry Stuff?

An example Recipe for 5 Low-Grade Mod Parts could be:

1 Metal Alloys
5 Weapon Interface Chips
10 Mining Equipment*
*(lets say those are Mining Lasers, Focus Crystals, Regulators, Energy Packs, what ever)
1 Interface Unit
1 Programmable Field Array
