Hi @NoVa, I am having the same issue - I have tried restarting Steam several times. Do you have any other suggestions?

its not allowing me to download it say that if i subed that it would be in my subscriptions but i see no way to download it any thoughts @NoVa

Hmm. I exited out of Steam. Clicked "Exit Steam" in my System Icon tray in the bottom right corner of my PC. And I still don't see an option to download anywhere when I re-opened Steam🤔

EDIT: Tried logging out and back in, too.
