It's time to dish out some STATS.
For this weapon I was thinking:
Mini-crits flaming enemys from the front.
Crits flaming enemys from behind.
-30% fireing speed.
No randome crits.

What do y'all think?

30% more accurate
+25% afterburn damage bonus
regenerate 3 health per second for every enemy set on fire with this weapon

-34% clip size
20% damage penelty
-20% healing from medics

Pros:
+On hit: Ignites enemy

How about...
Pros:
+ Ignites enemies on fire
+ 50% chance that mini crits, crit
+ Ammo loaded increases by 1 (7 shots)
+On any hit that does +45 damage, 3 bullets will be given to you (Excluding any damage done from enemies on fire)
Cons:
-33% Ammo (13 bullets)
-5% chance that the fire explodes in the barrel igniting you doing minor damage

I like the idea that this shotgun should have incendiary rounds, but maybe instead of damage falloff or less damage, how about the shotgun has less accuracy, or less range

the simpler the stats the better! (i mean the've never re-balenced the scotsman scullcutter)

My Idea for This one

Pro:
+ 50% to Set your Enemy on Fire (Good in Combination with Axtinguisher)
+ Mini-Crits Burning Enemy's
+ Speeds up the Deploy time of your Melee Weapon by 25%
___________________________
Cons:
- 35% Damage Penalty
- (-2) Shots in Clip
- Fire Damage Deals only 1-2 HP(50/50 Chance) Per second

I think it should be:
>On Hit:your enemy catches on fire!
>Mini crits on Burning players
>15% more accuracy
Bad sides:
>15- Slower Firing speed
>-25% clip size
>No Random Critical Hits
>-10% slower reload time
