Attaching Weapon Upgrades To Secondary Weapons
I can't figure out how to do this with things like the Advanced Sidearm Holster or Vibroblade. Am I missing something simple?

I forgot I left this up after I solved it.
For me the problem was that I needed both the Mod Everything mod, and also to have researched Modular Weaponry.

I have both ME and researched modular weapons, still can't mod anything but main fire arms, this is friggin' ridiculous
