How about some demo weapons?Like RPGs or if possible, anti-ACF weapons.

Rocket launchers would be cool. Would be cool if friendly NPCs can use them to take down striders, helicopters and gunships.

Um an option to enable and disable grenade launcher usage would be cool too. I like some weapons but I don't want them to use the grenade launcher. Also it would be nice if the menu options remembers what options I put in. I have to open the menu everytime I start the game to remove muzzle and flash effects and disable weapon drops.

Maybe poison ammo like I mentioned on the front page, or perhaps "lightning shots" that have a chance, say 40-50%, to arc off and hit enemies in a decent-sized area round them, can maybe chain up to 3 or 4 enemies, and have less damage than the other ammo types?
I know, this ♥♥♥♥'s probably complicated to do, but just an idea.

I've got a big one. Can you add a menu that can assign individual weapons to each NPC. Like you can select a weapon through a drop menu and you can put a check mark besides the weapons the selected NPC will spawn with. For example, You can set a Combine soldier to randomize between an OICW and a UMP. or a remington 870 and winchester for a shotgunner and a glock or UMP for metro cops. Basically you can sift through a list of NPCs able to use your weapons and a drop list will be beside them. When you drop the list, you can check multiple weapons they will randomly spawn with. This can be really useful for HL2 campaign runs.

Launchers, Customizable weapons for npcs (Like customize the weapons in thier hands), Suicide Bombers. That'd be cool.

is there a safety option for these? I love using these to guard my base, and Im thinking of a minigame to do with them, but if like a "safety on" and "safety off" button.
