my mistake ?
the mod manager can be seen but not when upgrade things in the workshop in the game.

sometimes it works sometimes not, its funny with the modmanager .maybe I am too impatient and after repeated start it goes. But not immediately after download and game newstart. but thats the way with every mod.

It is rather a fault of the game. You can look in SCSSoftware forum, maybe there is answer why mods from SW not working properly. I can't help you with this. You can also download SCS Archive (link in description). It will work properly.
