It seems to be like a follow up reskin to the C.A.P.P.E.R seeing as it has an alien/futuristic feel to it.

plus i think it should do crit damage to wet enemys.

i think stats like the pompson and modified for the scout like no ammo needed shoots a projectile and some more iam not very creative ._.

I think this scattergun should have the same kind of stats as the other futuristic weapons
Because a gun like this cant be paired with any other scattergun

Normaly valve doesn't give a damn crap about our stats but they do the stats if you didn't noticed,people gives weapons and they (if they accept them i hope they do) works the stats beacuse thats how valve decided to work....unfortunately and reskin the weapon would just be one of the worst ideas beacuse the tesla weaponries doesn't shoot electricity around like a normal shotgun except if theres umidity so making criticals to wet enemies would just turn scout in a scoutshark....great.

Totally RESKIN, a scout with a slow beam projectiles weapon not only seems stupid, but also it would be the end of the game

Reskin, it has a six-chamber barrel and the stock is the only scout primary with a six-shot clip, so it would fit nicely. (I'm looking at you, demoman primaries...)

Please dont make as a reskin
