BUG REPORT: Factory Can Operate In A Blueprint.

Hi Tyrsis,

Discovered a bug while playing with blueprints. It seems that when a blueprint contains the NCF, the NCF can operate as normal even though it isn't yet built and doesn't have power. Essentially, the blueprint builds itself if there are components that it can grab from nearby.
