I'm afraid there isnt any way to change the viewing position that much, though the developer has been asked about it many times and may be considering implementing it. The scenes are also optimised for viewing from the default position, if you walked to the back of this cinema, you would find the polygon count and texture resolution is much lower back there.
1. Please lower the volumn on your theaters theme when launching its extremely loud.
2. Please consider adding a slight curve to the screen, most theaters with huge screens I've gone to have a slight curve so distortion would be minimized at the edges.
3. On the Vive I'm getting alot of god rays from the lights..is it possible to dim them more (ceiling) when the movie starts
I could maybe curve the screen a bit, but then I'm sure I will get complaints that people liked it flat...
The lighting is a bit tricky to balance because its baked into the textures, then re-lit by the screen, but I'm still working on it!
