I would like to see something like:
40% less damage
when hit a player slows the player 50% of the speed that the player have
when hit a player that is charging stop charge
what you think ?

100% critical hit chance vs players that have killed another player in the last 5 seconds (Not really sure how this would be implemented)
Critical hits stun enemies for 2 seconds
-25% damage penalty
Critical hits deal no damage
No random critical hits

So you can police the battlefield and protect friendlies, if you want to...

The only problem I see is that it would be REALLY annoying for people who just got a kill to get whacked by this over and over and not be able to move for a full 10 seconds. This basically punishes people for killing others. Still a cool weapon though, I will vote this yes. I would just like to see that stun stat tweaked a bit.

-50% less damage taken by stickyjumps, when active
+30% faster weapon change
+25% faster swing speed

-60% less damage to players

10 seconds = way too much. Stun effects are broken, so not a good idea.

To me, stun effects are only broken because it is hard to implement them in a way that fits and doesn't seem to just happen out of no where. Critical melee hits, to me, make sense in this arrangement. Plus, I've updated the stun timing and critical hit timing.

if this weapon comes out i hope we don't get the "cheers mate" or Ka Boooom" taunt, maybe something new or something police like.

+falling deals x3 your fall damage in a big area
-25% damage
-big noise when you stomp the ground
and just for visual purposes,a police taunt <3
