One thing about FS-M Kit and FS-M

Um..everyone,I don't know how to make or where can I find it(FS-M Kit).I mean if I want to get it without using commend, I can't get it. Was I do someting wrong or what else......PLEASE tell me! Thanks.(One more thing,I'm Chinese.So maybe there is something wrong.But I hope you guys can understand me :D)

None of my items spawned in the actual maps. You will have to get them through commands, unfortunately :c. Sorry for the late reply
