I personally love this mod, but never use it because of one simple thing. I love my Maplestrike skin more.
So, I got to thinking of ways to solve this, and I thought "How about we make it so that you can modify guns with something and turn them into future versions of themselves, or just snap on an attachment to them?"

And so, I'm now here. I don't want to have to deal with what I believe isn't all to appealing to the eyes, but I still want the plus sides of using this gear.

And even if this isn't added, I personally expected the future weapons to not require ammo, because I thought they'd use plasma like any other Sci-Fi, and instead took battery packs that could be repaired at a generator.
Also, if the battery pack idea does go through, please keep them compatible with the military mags. Just a little pet peave of mine, so I'd appreciate it if that feature was kept
