It seems as though after a server reboot the structures disregard the "lock" setting.

In our case, we have put up community forges for all players to use, near metal node spawns. We unlock them, but after a reboot they are all locked again.

Is this possibly something which can be looked into? Vanilia structures seem to retain their lock setting, as far as I can see. It isn't the end of the world having to send someone from the admin tribe to unlock forges, but someone is not always able to go online to unlock after a reboot (Real life rudely getting in the way of Ark life :P ).
