Is the map still in progress or is it done?
Is the map still in progress or is it done? With done i mean all spawns for dinos and all creatures in the ocean

Its not DONE done, but it is feature complete in that you can find all the dinos and play on the map

Yes, this includes the oceans.

But the map does not yet include a way to fight bosses, and it still needs caves. I am not sure if he added ocean loot crate drops yet either?

Definitely still work in progress, but you can play on it now and have a good time already, for sure
