I have same problem, might be something wrong with its .vpks.
Just extract its files with GCF Scape and put them into legacy addon.

Alright, for anyone else wanting to do this, basically do what Knife Kitty said.
I'll go more in depth.

You need a program called GCFScape; a program that let's you extract vpk files.
Use this program to extract the Army of Five content and put it in the same folder the vpks were in.
Mount Army of Five. (ao5)
Open your game up and see if they pop up.

this work for any gamemode of insurgency ?

I wouldn't bother, as AO5 and B2K are the only ones showcased.

you get that error because you ignored workshop dependencies
it has nothing to do with AO5 content

then the other folder is located at
D:\STEAM\steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\insurgency\custom\workshop
which one do you guys use both got vpks

How can I get AO5 without having insurgency in the first place? I'm confused.
