It wont show up in my weapons menu
I downloaded all of the required mods yet it will not show uo in my weaponsmenu whatsoever

It wont shoe up in my weapon menu
Ok so i have all of the requirements installed to be able to use the mod yet it still will not show up in my weapons menu at all.

You can verify your mount settings in
Spawn Menu/Utilities tab/CW 2.0 SWEPs/Client (ext.)

I think he means Press Q, then go into the Utilities Tab on the far right, then find CW2.0 SWEPs, then Client (ext.)
