Teleport Co-ordinates
Here are the teleport coordinates for the islands that I've found so far! :)

Forested Floating Island -
cheat setplayerpos -109791 64642 19552

Desert Floating Island [BEWARE OF SCORPIONS!!!] -
cheat setplayerpos 92991 65039 921

Volcanic Island (W of Map) -
cheat setplayerpos -307013 -22327 -12276

Snow Biome Island (N of Map) [BEWARE OF COLD/FREEZING TEMPS] -
cheat setplayerpos -154912 -274529 -11388

I think that's all the islands located (I believe the other island is the smaller one, shown with the waterfall landing on it, underneath the large forested island)
