That isn't really a good idea. Look at the model of this thing: So what the Medic has a crossbow? The Sniper has 2 reskins of the bow and arrow + it does not matter what weapons the 2 classes have. Besides, it has a scope and isn't really something Medic would use. (I sound to serious..)

The medic shoots health arrows that hurt enemies and heal friendlies. This would just kill both. there is no healing aspect to this at the moment, and I doubt there ever will be one.
