k, i figured out it only occurs on mulitplayer servers

golden freddy's frendly npc/playermodel is broken... in a weird way... like he's smushed..
litteraly smushed into a puddle or something.. and it's flying..

Sorry for the late reply. I would start with trying to reinstall the addon.
If that don't work, then try this

1. Disable all addons expect for this one.
2. restart Gmod.
3. See if it works.

If it works, then there is another addon conflicting with my addon.
If it don't work, then try set your Garrys mod's graphic to high.
