20% less speed when target is fully overhealed.

Target's damage increases by 35% when ubered.

Instead of recieving healing, when you heal another medic with this medigun, the healer will lose ubercharge.

40% less max health.

yeah it sound good but it will takes time. I don't know when this update come out or will valve accepted this update. i thinking from the workshop medi-gun. I already check there is a plenty of medi-gun creation that some of you must vote on.
