Suggestions
If you have any wishes or improvement suggestions let me know in here.

To-Do:
  • better solution for the defensive alliance system without needing real alliances between the members
  • changing the max. number of members in every federation depending on the date
  • religious federations
  • adding continental unions / federational countries
  • show federations on the map / find easier solution to show members than decisions/using the trade map mode
  • change the way, how new leaders are chosen
  • add decisions to kick members out of federations

Perhaps in regards to ET, have the federations result in continental union nations, such as the European Union, North American Union (and later on a Pan-American Union once South American gets absorbed or vice versa), African Union, ect

I would suggest adding more federations, let's say: Intermarium, Western Europe Federation, Easter Europe Federation, Baltic Alliance etc. And if let's say Eastern Federation dismantels and conquests Baltic Alliance, it becomes Intermarium etc. So smaller federations after some conquests and time become bigger federations...

What about religious federations? Like it would be a Sunni federation for the Sunnites, and then you could also have a step above and have just Islamic federation for the entire religion group, and only countries in that religion group or with the religion could join

One more suggestion : working with extended timeline, couse currently it doesn't work with it.

Ahh it works now! Yesterday I tried creating a new game with federation mod and extended timeline and game crashed everytime I started a new game... Now it's fine, sorry for trouble.

Anyway we can have the federations displayes on the map?
Maybe more regional instead of continental, like the Federation of the Rhine, or the North German Federation, or others. Would add a wonderful historical parallel

Maybe instead of trying to change the alliance system for the federations, how about adding a +1 diplomatic monarch power bonus for every country that joins, so that you aren't losing 13 diplomatic points cause you're in a large federation?

You don't lose any dip monarch points, because for every nation that is in the federation, every other member gets + 1 diplomatic upkeep.
Also every federation has max. 10 members.

I'm looking for a better solution, so that this won't be needed and every nation in a federation would get a call to arms without having an alliance with that country, like the emperor or something.

Perhaps make more automatic city and province name changes for Rome, as although it's not the end of the world, it does sort of pull you out of the emergence of the game when you're playing as Rome after holding Ireland for a long while and all of the sudden see the name the English city name of Westford while developing provinces in a timeline where English doesn't even exist, for example. Another interesting idea in that same vain is more pre-packaged colonial names for Rome of some sort, perhaps, for example, if it ends up creating a colonial nation out of Kush and its surrounding nations for whatever reason, it's prepackaged name might be Eathiopia, or its colonial Australia could be Terra Australis, for two examples.Finally, idk if it's possible, but it would be nice to have some sort of mechanic for Chalcedonianism, perhaps some sort of composite mechanic of the papal and patriarch mechanics, or even having both of them enabled at once somehow.

Also, I'd like to suggest removing the possibility for Greek seperatism to happen if they're held by any nation that's in the Latin culture group.
