XCOM 2 start-up screen acknowledges the mod, but it's not working in-game.
Big Fire Emblem fan so I was stoked to see this mod as an option. Subscribed on the workshop to DL it and add it to the collection. Started the game and checked the mod list to confirm recognition. Mod was listed. Checked individual soldiers to see what their relationship levels looked like after two missions and realized that there was no button to click as the "update" had mentioned - even checked the screenshots to make sure I was looking in the right place. Also looked at the squad line up before launching the next mission and there was no mention of the squad's cohesion.

Here's a list of my current mods:
Muton Centurion Alien Pack
Hidden Potential
Max Squad Size Fix
CapnBub's Access. Pack
Squad Cohesion
Quiet Bradford
Engineers2Scientist

No performance issues so far. it's almost as if the game knows that it's there but is simply ignoring it.

What screen ratio is your monitor set at? Yesterday, someone posted that a 21:9 ratio causes the top of the screen to be clipped away - and the button with it...

In the Squad selection screen, it takes a good few seconds for my Cohesion value to show up. I though it was buggy with me at first, but I just hadn't given it long enough...

Resolution is 1920x1080 and the aspect ration should be 16:9. There's plenty of room near the top of my screen when viewing the soldiers. The effort is appreciated, though.

Is this with the vanilla launcher or the alternative mod launcher?

Hrm, can you grab the alternative mod launcher then (https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comments/4ak5cv/alternative_mod_launcher/) and see if that resolves things?

Unfortunately the problem persists. No relationships button, no cohesion score...nothing.

Same issue here. I only see squad stuff in the mission screen. Nothing in character generation either. Started a new game just in case as well. Odd.

Also having the same issue not seeing Squad button or any stats. Previous games using SC are unable to get past the bridge before crashing but it worked 3 days ago. Have not added any mods since.
