Older versions for download?
I was going to use this mod in combination with the Empire Building mod. There's a compatibility mod for both, but it says it uses v1.28 of the PBEM mod.

Is there anywhere to download older versions?

Sorry I answer quite late, hopefully it might still be useful for some people. I thought I had answered your post earlier.
