How can I play without an internet connection?


Open a file explorer, and then go to:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop

Then copy the .vpk file to:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\
