Updates Log
9th-11th April:

Small bug fixes and rebalances. No major changes.

  1. Fixed Lombard recruitment. Levy units now recruitable from minor towns.
  2. Slightly reduced missile damage of of all missile weapons (2 less damage and and 2 less ap damage). Reduced strength of Avar levy bows by twice that.
  3. Reduced damage of European shortbows Precise shot. They were accidentally made overpowered.
  4. Edited text of Lombard Masters of Terrain technology. It will now display that it unlocks Italian Skirmishers.
  5. Tech trees now display which technology unlocks level 3 Barracks properly.


13th April:
  1. Lombard club units made slightly tougher.
  2. Changed Ui unit groups for melee and skirmisher cavalry. Added new group for light cavalry not armed with javelins.


15th April:
  1. Added 2 new units to Westphalia, Long Axemen and Armoured Long Axemen. Unlocked with Battle Experience technology.


20th April:
  1. Fixed Mercian recruitment. Levy units now recruitable from minor towns.


15th May:
  1. Fixed issue with upgrades of Avar melee cavalry chain.


21st JUNE - FIRST MAJOR EXPANSION
  1. Minor Christian factions (example: Provence, Bavaria) given new roster complete with upgrade chains, garrisons and custom unit variants. 30 new units.
  2. Minor Slavic factions (example: Bohemia, Wilzi) given new roster complete with upgrade chains, garrisons and custom unit variants. 37 new units.
  3. Minor Byzantine factions (example: Theme of Sicily, Venice) given new roster complete with upgrade chains, garrisons and custom unit variants. 38 new units.
  4. Total new units added by update 105. Grand total of new units in mod 394.
  5. Original rosters for factions removed.
  6. Christian, Slav and Byzantine mercenaries rebalanced and reskinned.
  7. Some small balancing tweaks and bug fixes.
