Some servers like "HAMMER DE" and "HAMMER UK" dont work for anyone. They just give "unpure client paks" error and no one can connect to em. Maybe you could exclude those servers.

A couple of other suggestions:
1. increase elo range from +/- 100 to +/- 200, because the community is not big enough for such small tiers.
2. Add a map pool for people to chose from by dropping maps
