UMC was created specifically for use by scenario designers. In addition to adding tons of new units, buildings, terrains, and other assets, UMC adds advanced cinematic helpers to make scenario design easier. UMC has been used in a number of scenario projects since 2015.

If you are interested in using UMC in your scenario, please contact me (Callistonian) by sending me a request on Steam or leaving a comment in this thread. It is important that you get in contact primarily so that updates to UMC do not negatively affect your scenario. I also cannot promote your scenario on the UMC pages unless I know about it. And I also just like hearing about projects that use UMC :)

As a scenario designer and UMC user, you are considered a partner in the UMC project and this entitles you to certain rights.

1. You have veto rights over any changes made in an update that negatively affect your scenario.
   
   
2. Your requests for new assets or balance changes to be used in your scenario are given top priority.

These rights are also extended to any random map or AI scripters making use of UMC. In most cases, simply making UMC High Priority as well as whatever UMC packs you used required content will constitute fair use. You do not need to add me or any other content creator in the UMC collection as contributors for your scenario. If you are unsure about whether or not your use of UMC assets constitutes fair use, please contact me to discuss. It goes without saying that your scenario, even if it makes extensive use of UMC, is still your scenario and considered 100% your own original work - nobody contributing to UMC has any rights over your content.
