Couldn't it just be a reskin?
I mean I know thinking of stats is fun, but personally I always use default scatter and would love to use this as a default scatter.

it is too different from the default scatter to just be a reskin, tbh, plus valve is way overdue in delivering a new scout primary

To be fair that revolver looks like it has enough space for 6 shells and the barrel would cause the bullets to scatter... like the scattergun.

If it wants to get good usage, the reskin would be the way to go. It's hard to make a scout primary viable when it has a nerf compared to stock, even if there is a plus stat.

Its far to different from the average scattergun to be a reskin. Valve also needs to get a new scout primary. They are overdue in that area. XD

Actually i personally think it fits the scatter as in the game you can fire only one shot at a time with base scatter, and it has two barrels which makes no sense.
