When you get a warframe skin you'll get two items, skin and helmet and you can mix them however you like it :) You will be able to use the helmet you want in the Nova Visage Body or you can use the body you want with the Nova Visage Helmet! You can also use the skin in the Nova Prime model and turn on or off the additional prime parts if you want to see them (they can look odd some times with a different skin but they can also look amazing, either way it's your choice).
