Hat as optional part.
While this skin is a masterpiece, the hat kills it for me and perhaps other people, who otherwise would buy it straight away. It simply doesn't fit the game nor Nova's appearance and brings Warframe too close to other multiplayer games, where developers don't care about artistic integrity and put modern items in for example fantasy world, like let's say in Tera. Still, I am not asking for it to be removed, but simply made as optional part, similar to Valkyr's bonds. This way everyone would be happy, skin author and DE would get money from both parties, those who like it and those who don't, and players would have it equipped whether it suited their taste or not.

Right now I personally won't buy it, even though it is fantastic. If it wasn't that good, I wouldn't bother posting this and simply moved on. I simply ask the skin author to consider this matter. Surely DE has means of making it optional part, as they did with Valkyr's bonds.

I've considered the matter from the moment i've decided to put that sidecap in there. I know it's somewhat differen to what you've been used to see but you're simply wrong if you don't think it fits the lore of warframe :) I'm sure hardcore fans will know what i'm talking about.

The cap is there to stay, you should take some time to get used to it before deciding if you like it or not. I hope in the end you'll see that Visage is beautiful as it is.

While i respect your artistic vision, i have to agree. Perhaps there's a way to either display or hide the cap ingame, as looking at the helmet more closely, it seems very well designed on its own. Personally i'd much prefer a cap-less version of the helmet, but props to your unconventional design. The whole skin is very well crafted.

Some people say the hat breaks game immersion and make Warframe cross a threshold about appearance items (a.ka. TERA). But, if we think about seasonal skins for kubrow, Frost, Mirage, etc, the threshold has already been crossed by DE. Considering everything i said, i think it's pointless to argue about immersion breaking of the hat. Let it stay as it is.

If you don't want the immersion breaking, simply don't buy it. There are other excellent options for Nova skins here in the workshop. Hope De gets them selected too.

I have no problem with whether it's lore friendly or not it's just something I'd rather have for all Warframes or at least as a separate attachment for Nova

Nope the cap is perfect for the skin, the real problem here is that it may interfere with her qualifications to be chosen for the game, if it does get chosen as it currently is, then i'll be a happy player indeed.

Hitsu-san both you and Prosetisen are easily my favorite Tennogen Designers, good luck, i'm hoping both this and Mag's skin get chosen next.

@Bloody Sorcerer I'm with you in hoping that Tennogen Round 4 include both this skin and the Mag skin. I don't get why the Mag skin was passed over for Round 3, seeing as it's one of the best designed skins in here.
