simulation failed
please help, index out of array error

i've used recover from simulation error and remove both citizen and vehicle agent when loading this save but still got the error. is it network related? i've just subscribe to new ship vehicle then this happen.

This seems pretty clear to me. In the log:

Simulation error: Array index is out of range.
at CSURToolBox.Util.CSURUtil.CSURLaneOffset (NetInfo,NetInfo/Lane) <0x01b61>
...

CSURToolBox crashes the simulation thread. Because of that, nets (roads) are not properly initialized and the game cannot work.
