How to change the settings ?

Hello ! i'm trying to change and make some test and i want to change the settings can someone tell me where i can do it ? thanks

In the game, press esc to go to pause menu, if you have the mod loaded there should be a Bloodlust settings button in the "pause" menu.. Press it.
