spawning in items
I tried to use

cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/668239751/Items/Plaster/Plaster-A/PrimalItemStructure_TMA_Plaster-A_Wall-A.PrimalItemStructure_TMA_Plaster-A_Wall-A'" 1 0 0

it gave me the item but i could not place it. suggestions? Also how do I removed engram/blueprints from within a mod structure? I want to remove the saddle desk and sharpening stone.
