I think the stats should be:
25% Faster hiting speed
20% Faster walking speed while active
This Weapon deploys 40% slower
10 Less Max Primary Ammo

-40% damage
On hit: drain target's Cloak meter by 40%
25% slower firing speed
+10% bullet resistance when > 50% HP
Basically, an anti spy weapon that could be pretty useful considering how often these littel buggers tend to pester snipers, but it wouldn't be very useful against other classes.

- Stat idea -


Pros:

When active:
On hit: Repels all provided informations about the user to the current target
On hit: Eliminates the informations provided about all friendly teammates and enemy teammates current positions on the map to the current target
+30% faster movement speed


Cons:

No capture rate on wearer
-40% damage penalty


Info:

The user Sniper has the ability to make all enemy support classes being blind to his current health, but the Solemn Vow is the only exception here. The user Sniper can disable any information provider opportunities like blind territory discovering Scouts to his teammates and so on. Nevertheless, counters the Spies Informer and Curve Cutter information provider weapons effects. If any Sniper wearing this melee weapon, he is unable to capture point or push cart.

How the crap would that work, like whaat?
There is no radar/minimap in TF2
Only spy and sv medics see info about who they look at.
There is no fog of war in Tf2

I don't think that's a good idea. We all have seen how Diamondback turned out. Then again, maybe a right balance can be found for it.

I don't think that's a good idea. We all have seen how Diamondback turned out. Then again, maybe a right balance can be found for it.
Well, i do not see the diamondback being used as much as the other revolvers(exept enforcer, poor weapon)
Also, look at the bushwaka and then look at this.

Diamondback gives you crits for backstabbing people. It doesn't matter if people use it or not, that weapon is OP. Also, Bushwacka rewards high risk with high outcome. You're more vulnerable to damage, so you can't just go around having crits all the time, even with Cleaner's Carbine, which was nerfed by the way.

meh, whaterv, valve will add their own stats if they decide to add it or will make it a reskin.

dude, the creator put the concept for the stats so dont force your ideas on him. if you want a weapon with those stats so badly, create your own weapon
