Basically, an anti spy weapon that could be pretty useful considering how often these littel buggers tend to pester snipers, but it wouldn't be very useful against other classes.

The user Sniper has the ability to make all enemy support classes being blind to his current health, but the Solemn Vow is the only exception here.
