Sorry but I do not have near the volcano to photograph it =))) And this texture using free, so i think will be no problem1
Just because it's free doesn't mean you can use it in a skin, there are copyright laws for it just like everything else. You need to have the rights to the image or a license to use it or else you could be potentially sued.
If you don't have a volcano near you to get your own lava picture that you own the rights to, you could probably make something close enough in Photoshop or GIMP. If you want to have someone walk you through the process of making a lava texture, Googling "how to make a lava texture in photoshop" comes up with some good results like these:

If you remake it with your own texture, it could probably get in the game. :)

Probably give the foregrip, grip and stock a design that looks like lava that has cooled down (or some igneous rock design), with the barrel and body looking like flowing lava.
Maybe also give the magazine a magma-like texture.
