That's weird, this just popped up in my notifications. Sorry about the lateness, but I'm fairly sure it's a conflict with another mod they may be running. If you get this, have them turn off all other mods and try the campaign. If it works fine, then you know it was a mod. If it's not that, have them Verify their game files. If the problem still persists I'm not sure there's anything I can do to help. Hope this has been helpful, even if it's ridiculously late. Sorry.

me and a few guys couldnt get the map to start we pressed the butto nand everything got the transition and it just would put us in the map we got stuck in the plane

Bug feedback: In the first security room (inside the aircraft), the AI may automatically pass through the wall, causing the switch to fail to open and prevent you from going out. Please allow a single player to be able to open the door of the aircraft when it is inside the aircraft. There is a chapter in the middle where Tank will speed up and attack the survivor. That place is very misleading and easy to get lost. At the end of the last chapter, start the last chapter directly in the single player mode. The gas tank cannot be exploded and rescue cannot come.

No stringtables last map crashes when someone joins.
