Locations of the bandits?

Could someone tell me where the bandits are, because it's not showing me on the map. Don't know if it should or not

You should do the quest first and then they will show on the map.

Noura's journal, it is on al table in the far right room in the whiterun catacombs.

It's not there for me, and that really annoys me cuz this mod sounded so good! Any way to fix it?
