Second Wave stuck on/killing Long War

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I would like to play long war mod. The issue is, when I start the game, both EU and EW only display Second Wave options. I am not subscribed to Second wave, nor have I been since the last playthrough, about a year ago. Thoughts?
