When off, Damage Roulette sets custom weapon spread to zero
The default damage on a basic assault rifle is 4, with a spread of 1, so the damage shows as 3-5.

If you use a weapon from a mod that has the exact same stats, but have Damage Roulette off, it will wipe the spread to zero, so the modded weapon which is identical to a standard assault rifle will now do 4 damage flat, instead of 3-5. The only 'fix' I've seen is turning DR on, which isn't ideal if that's not what you want.

Some modded weapons work fine, others don't, so I'm going to dig around, but I thought I'd also post this, as it definitely is an issue.
