Team Player Enable

I tried playing this 3 player but it won't recognize the third controller. A comment said to enable team player in config how do i do that?

This depends on emulator; the Sega Classics emulator does not have the capability. If you play with an external emulator, and that emulator is Kega Fusion, the comment explains everything that needs to be done.

well when i try to launch sonic classic heroes on kega fusion it does not launch
