Customizing/Resizing the HUD !UPDATED!
You can customize the HUD in the "Q menu" (I think its called Spawn Menu!)
Options>QuantumOS>Personalization

My monitor is 1080p, so the following settings should be ok for you!

I used the lowest FOV in the screenshot which is 75, if you have more than that, you might want to tweak the numbers a bit

Can you take a print to show me? Do you have any other add-on which can be causing that problem?

What are your settings? Please post a printscreen of both your gmod settings and mod settings.
