Only way i can think of to prevent spam use!
copy and paste to your Game.ini, Save and restart your ARK this is for anyone that want to prevent from overcrafting the starter kit or change the crafting cost, and increase your respawn timer so everytime they want to craft it and die for another they will have to wait forabit.
