Red To Blu Building and Blu to Red Sapper Huh?
So this is what I think should be the stats for the weapon

+Sapper takes 2 more hits to remove
+Upon a successful sap, it turns a building to the opposite team
+More Silent
-Saps 10% slower
-Takes 8 Seconds to recharge
-Cannot sap while disguised
