Stats to be coded in a custom weapon server
Hiya, I run a custom weapon server and was thinking of making this one.

The Bi-Decoder
Sapper deals damage equal to half the damage dealt to the Spy by the building's owning Engineer
-50% sapper damage penalty
Half of the damage done to the sapper hurts the Spy

Damage does not include sentry damage, only manual engie damage. Sort of a self-sacrificing sapper and also makes it tricky for the engie that actually tries to deal with the spy and kill him. The engineer should prioritize breaking the sappers instead. The spy can't keep going if the engineer does that.

Not bad, you should make the first stat a bit easier to understand though, it took me some time to get it: while sapper is active, 50% damage received from corresponding engineer will be done to sapped building in addition to 50% of the normal sapper damage.

Can only use one sapper at a time
After your sapper is destroyed/used, it needs 10 seconds to recharge
