The reinforcement timer is broken

I quite enjoy this mod, tons of fun.
However, it has broken after some time. Each time I start a new game of Wave com, nothing happens. After my soldiers are deployed that's it. For what ever reason the reinforcement timer doesn't appear. Any ideas as to why this happens? :)
